Actually I am pretty lucky. Although I am sure my belly is this big it doesn't look so bad because I have a really long torso. So as much as little girl has nestled into my lungs, I worked with a friend when she was pregnant with twins and they broke her ribs. Also as much as I can't do anything, I am not on bed rest. Plus my VT and HT's girls come over every week to clean! How spoiled am I? I am really being taken care of and and hard as it is physically, I have been amazed at how blessed I really am. I have been spiritually strengthened and my physical strength leaves me. I know that the Lord is with me through this and that is the greatest thing I can know right now. There have been so many people that have thought of us and asked how they can help. I am so blessed! It is too bad that the news is filled with people doing horrible things and the rare grand gesture. You never see the angels that just go along quietly doing random acts of kindness. I believe there are angels among us and they come in the form of neighbors, friends, relatives and random strangers that live their lives in tune to what others need. The world is still a really good place!

I am SO SO proud of you! You are superwoman in my eyes. Not only have you made it this far with extreme positiveness, but you continue to find the blessings and joys that the lord gives to you in this pregnancy that would certainly be a trial in my personal life.
I am sorry I can't make it to your shower. I have TWO other showers at that same time on Dane's side of the family that I am attending.
Good luck with the next couple weeks. Can't wait to see the little bundles of joy!
Yay!! I'm SO glad everything is going well for you and this pregnancy - I only made it two weeks longer than you with Brenna and that was only one baby! Get your rest now:)
I am so excited for you! You are amazing. That's all there is to it. How great that someone comes and cleans your house for you each week. Having a clean house probably helps a lot. Good luck with everything. I can't wait to see those two cute babies (that's funny what you posted on my blog about the birthdays and names - great minds think alike!).
If this makes you feel better I don't think it sounds like you're complaining. But, seems like you have some amazing visiting teachers!
My grandma had twins (they were kids 4 and 5) in the fifties and they didn't know she was prego with twins until they were born and she was overdue!! She is 5'2" and her babies were 5 and 6 lbs. When I hear that I feel grateful for today's technology.
You can do it!!!
Tiffany, that is really great news that you are being treated so well.
I hope things continue to go a planned and I've got my fingers crossed for NO BROKEN RIBS.
ahh.. those final weeks. Our twins were born at 37 weeks. If I didn't have preclampsia so bad I bet I would have gone longer. I taught a 4/5 combo class until 1 week before they were born, but that last week I just laid in bed ALL day long. It was ridiculous but it hurt to get up. My belly was out of control.
Hang in there. you are so close!
