We had a
field trip this week to the
fire station. It was so fun and the kids haven't stopped talking about it. They learned a lot- Turner even told me today that if your clothes catch on fire then you are suppose to Stop, Drop and Roll. Yesterday he told me that if a door is hot you shouldn't open it and that you should crawl under the smoke.

Max couldn't get enough of the Ambulance and kept going through for another tour. The first day we went, one of the ambulances was out helping an elderly lady. The firefighter told us that a Grandma had got sick. Turner kept saying that a Grandma died and they had to fix her. I guess he hasn't got the whole- death is
permanent thing yet :)

One of my little guys from M/W couldn't make it on Monday so he joined us on Tuesday. Looks like a huge group when they are all up there!

They had an intern that tried on the firefighter suit for us. It was so much fun! The kids really loved it. I was so impressed by how good they were with the kids and they encouraged us to comeback often. I had a few moms mention how CLEAN everything was. It was very very clean- I wish I could have those guys come over and do the same to my house!

What a fun field trip! I wish I had a preschooler again just so they could be in your class! You are a great teacher.
