And the most loving brothers I have ever seen!

When we first arrived in Arizona- there was an egg hunt scheduled. Yet the day we arrived it was raining. So my resourceful parents quickly called the church and set up a mean Easter egg hunt at the church. They set up a bounce house in the gym and eggs and toys throughout the classrooms.

The best part was the Easter bunny was personally there to deliver goodies to all of the kids!

Max was happy to be in the thick of it- here he is showing my the loot that he had managed to score so far. I didn't get any pictures of Turner getting any eggs because he was running ahead with the big kids.

We all got a chance to pose with the Easter bunny!

Even my mom!

The next day we had a basket from the Easter Bunny for the boys. Santa Claus worked hard to get all the main characters from "Cars" the movie. Yet he could not find Mater ANYWHERE! Those lazy elves must not have made enough for all the kids that wanted them. Well, the Easter Bunny happened to find it! Mom and Dad haven't even seen it since.

Here is my mom and dad discovering that they are going to the Munich Germany/Austria mission. My dad went to Austria when it was a separate mission, my brother, brother-in-law and Uncle all went to Munich. My parents also lived in Berlin in the 70's. I love the array of emotions that they experienced while reading the letter from the prophet asking them to serve!

We got a chance to have 2 dates while we were there! One with our wonder friends Laura and Josias and the other with my parents and my brother and sister-in-law. It was wonderful! Sat. morning we headed home but we took our time. If any of you have traveled the road between Utah and Arizona often you have for sure noticed the Moqui cave. We have always sworn that we would "someday" go in. We finally did it!

Looks like you guys had fun. Wish I could have seen you and the fam while you were there. How neat that you were able to be there when you're parents got their call. Those pics are priceless. What else is priceless is Uncle Dick's cowboy hat. I love it. My dad has some classic hats too and I love it when he wears them. You're boys are adorable.
cute pics! sounds like you guys had fun! i'm not sure we're up to doing a long road trip with the boy yet. how'd yours do in the car?
How fun!! I LOVE all of the pictures. Now I wanna drive on the road from here to there, to see those ruins! very cool.
My boys did awesome in the car- thanks to the invention of the portable DVD player. We had to stop on the way down and get a room because they didn't sleep very well in their car seats. But we didn't mind- we were exausted ourselves.
What a fun trip! I laughed when I saw you with the Easter bunny - you matched! What a neat thing for your parents to be able to go serve where so much family has served.
I wish we were there!! Have I mentioned that I HATE living so stinking far away... if I haven't I HATE LIVING SO FAR AWAY!! Oh well the next 4 years will go by fast... right?!? I guess we'll have to see you in July... we want to go to Utah/Idaho after we spend some time in AZ (besides you'll probably be in AZ too).
Sounds like you had a great time. I have always said I wanted to stop at Moqui Cave was it worth it? I laugh every time I see your Easter bunny. He is so cute!!!! Love your update.
