My Blog

Thanks for stopping by! I use to blog to "keep in touch," I use to blog to brag, I use to blog for an outlet. I have now realized I blog because these are the things I want my children to know/remember about our life together as a family. These days won't stop passing, but having a record of it when it is all a memory will be priceless to me.
I read your blog because I love you!

Hypnobirthing is so rad. I don't know why it is not a required course for all expectant mothers. I would recomend it to anyone pregnant whether they were planning a naturalish birth or not. The anatomy education and mental preparation is very valuable. It makes me sad I was so ignorant for my first birth. So yes...get on it. I am taking my class through the hospital(IHC). I think all or most hospitals offer it as a part of their childbirth education classes. There are also some private facilities that offer it. The course we are taking is 5 weeks 2.5 hour classes. It cost $150. Kind of alot, but cheaper than an epidural. Let me know what you decide/how it goes.
